This work applies for the first time the protein binding microarray (PBM) technology to a full length, native transcription factor (HNF4a) in crude nuclear extracts and cross references in vitro DNA binding specificity with in vivo binding and transactivation. It received a ranking of exceptional (9/10) by Faculty of 1000.
