dbMTN

dbMTN is a repository of expression profiles produced with a set of common commercial northern blots (see product site). This tool compares user-entered multiple tissue northern (mtn) blot intensities with results of previously performed human mtn blots to help identify genes with similar expression patterns. Raw data (band intensities before normalization) can be obtained in a file by clicking on the bottom link.

Access to all the data produced by the project, and to the software used to analyze and present it, is provided free and without constraints.

This site works with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, and most versions of Netscape. Some Netscape browsers may encounter difficulties in loading pages.
